Larry Richter trying to purchase the race for South Carolina Lt Governor

Yes, I’m a RINO hater and Richter isn’t necessarily a RINO but he is a free-spender and he’s certainly an embarassment waiting to happen in office.

He has a multitude of sins to repent for including offering cocaine to law students for sexual favors and betraying his clients (the abused in the Catholic Diocese case in Charleston to the tune of $2.5 million) and was actually forced to leave the bench as a judge. You could say a forced retirement.

He’s also made his feelings known regarding how little respect he has for our military. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=stW649OAtpE

Larry Richter has spent over one half million dollars (ill-gotten funds from the Catholic Church) in just a couple of months for the Lt Governor’s race. Larry Richter loaned his campaign $475,000.

Funny thing is, he’s only been able to raise $28,000 the last two months in contributions. Almost all of it from trial lawyers.

We DO NOT need this sleazy character Larry Richter holding any sort of elected position in South Carolina

Larry Richter joining race for Lt Governor

As if having Ard actually having the audacity to think he can fool conservatives in SC wasn’t enough, up steps (and I do mean up) one of the lowlifes of politics in the state of South Carolina.

Larry Richter
Larry Richter

(Shout out to Will Folks for the inspiration for the pic)

Larry Richter has spewed that he’ll be entering the race now that Tim Scott is out of it.

Richter says “I’m very interested in this position for a number of reasons, mostly because I guess you say I stay tuned with this stuff,” he said. “I’m not looking to make the office more than it is. …”

Sounds right on top of things doesn’t he (I stay tuned with this stuff)

Now RINOs are one thing, leeches are something else entirely. The only plasma this bloodsucker will be after is the taxpayers. You know he must think there’s some financial gain in here somewhere.

David Beasley, Hugh Leatherman, Ken Ard (RINOs – SC) giving me heartburn

Now word comes out that David Beasley (Former Democrat, Former RINO Governor of SC) is chairing Ken Ard’s campaign for Lt Governor.

If you ever wanted to point fingers at someone that had much to do with how liberal our RINOs have become in South Carolina, Beasley is definitely a target based on proof.

Ken Ard (Robert Cahaly and the Cahaly Clowns) are all about spewing out their RINO of the Week in regards to someone supporting Ard’s campaign. Is this purposeful?

Do they really think there are enough liberal Republicans in South Carolina that this strategy will get them elected?

Not that Ken Ard has to pretend he’s a RINO. He does like raising taxes and will do it again according to him.

Methinks they gonna find out just how wrong it is to be a RINO in SC in 2010 come June.

Bill Connor again shows up Ken Ard (RINO)

Ken Ard showing his true colors at a debate with Bill Connor.

It’s obvious who the RINO is here. Not surprising of course. He’s in Hugh Leatherman’s back pocket.

Just curious. How bad was Florence County managed (Ard a Florence Cty Councilman) in order to get a 2 for 1 from the state?

Tea Party Endorsement for Bill Connor

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: January 5, 2010

BOILING SPRINGS TEA PARTY ENDORSES BILL CONNOR

Upstate Tea Party organizers cite involvement, commitment

BOILING SPRINGS, SC – The organizers of the Boiling Springs Tea Party today announced that the Boiling Springs Tea Party Organization had endorsed Bill Connor’s campaign for South Carolina Lieutenant Governor.

“We believe that Bill Connor’s advanced service to his country uniquely qualifies him for statewide office,” said Maria Brady, the group’s spokeswoman.  “Bill’s service as the leading US Advisor in Southern Afghanistan is proof of his commitment to our nation, and is well illustrated by his Bronze Star.”

“Col. Connor has been involved with the Tea Party movement since the first Tea Party in South Carolina back in Greenville in February.  He has since been involved in more than a dozen Tea Parties across our state.  Bill is committed to the ideals of freedom and liberty that are at the heart of our movement, and has shown that commitment in his articles and his actions.  We are proud to support his candidacy for Lieutenant Governor,” Brady concluded.

Bill Connor is the third candidate the group has endorsed in this election cycle.  Previously, the group endorsed Larry Grooms for Governor, and Dr. Christina Jeffrey for U.S. Congress from the 4th District.

The Boiling Springs Tea Party organization has over 3000 members in the Upstate of South Carolina and has hosted numerous Tea Party events throughout 2009.  The organization is committed to returning our country to the principles of the Founders and renewing our faith in God, Country & Family.  We focus our attention on 7 core issue areas: Limited Government, Fiscal Responsibility, Personal Responsibility, The Rule of Law, National Sovereignty, State Sovereignty, and Individual Rights.

Graham bending over for Obama administration again

He’s not called Grahamnesty for nuttin.

An immigration bill was introduced in the House earlier in the month and Sen. Chuck Schumer, a New York Democrat who chairs a subcommittee on immigration, is heading the effort to cobble together a coalition in the Senate.

Bipartisan support is possible. Schumer’s office said he is working with Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) to develop a bill and wants Graham to sign on as a co-sponsor. Graham’s office did not return calls for comment.

Lindsey Graham censured by Lexington County GOP

Joining Charleston County, who censured Graham in November, the Lexington County GOP also let the RINO Senator know he is on notice.

Here’s the censure:

Whereas, U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham debased the longstanding Republican belief in economic competition and a free market by voting in favor of TARP and more government intervention; and

Whereas, TARP adds trillions to the national debt, contrary to the goal of fiscal health and sustainability put forth in the Republican party platform; and

Whereas, U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham has shown a willingness to debase our national sovereignty, shown disrespect for the rule of law and threatened our borders through his proposal of amnesty for illegal immigrants; and

Whereas, U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham through his support of a cap and trade bill, reiterates his support for government intervention in the private sector in direct contradiction of the Republican principle of free markets, as stated by the Republican party platform; and

Whereas, U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham has repeatedly demonstrated contempt and belligerence towards those members of the Republican party who support freedom, a Constitutional government and the Republican party platform; and

Therefore, let it be resolved that the Lexington County Republican Party Executive Committee must regretfully censure U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham and is grieved to respectfully request that the South Carolina Republican Party rescind the 2009 resolution commending U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham, for his positions do not reflect a complete belief in the South Carolina Republican party platform and do not serve the interests of South Carolinians.

RESOLVED this 4th day of January, 2009 at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Lexington County, South Carolina Republican Party Executive Committee meeting.

Graham, who we believe to be cozying up for the Secretary of Defense position, has repeatedly irked Republicans in South Carolina with his support of Tarp, Amnesty for Illegal Immigrants and Cap & Trade.

Here’s hoping he truly does get to be SecDef and South Carolina can move on in a more conservative manner.

This marks the third censure of Graham by a county GOP party in SC. Greenville two years ago censured Graham for his support of Amnesty.

Updated endorsements

As of this writing there are some candidates running for office in SC that we can endorse without question

Jim Demint – US Senator – Junior senator with senior intellect and morals

Tom Davis – State Senate – 100% Conservative. Star rising because of it.

Bill Connor – Lt Governor – Super Conservative bucking the political establishment (RINOs)

Larry Grooms and Nikki Haley – Hardcore conservatives that seemingly have no chance in Governor’s race.

Mick Mulvaney – Running against John Spratt. Nuff said

Jeff Duncan – 3rd SC Congressional District

Jim Lee – 4th SC Congressional Disctrict – Running against Bob Ingliss – Special consideration to Christina Jeffrey

Mick Zais – Superintendent of Education – Only true qualified candidate and super conservative.

Alan Wilson – Attorney General – Only prosecutor in the race and much more conservative than dad Joe.

All of these candidates have proven beyond a doubt that they are truly conservative and will stand up for the citizens of South Carolina.

Henry Brown retiring

The RINO congressman is stepping down and who will take his place?

Tim Scott is our guess. CNN reporting he’s a possibility. They must know something.

We need a true conservative and not a RINO as Henry’s been for far too long.

Jenerette appears at this point to be the choice.

More to come
